Parque Maderas is located just above the famous surf break at Playa
Maderas and is a short distance from the port town of San Juan del Sur
on the Southwestern coast of Nicaragua. The sloping terrain, beautiful
rainforest and fertile land will provide the ideal location to nurture the
development of a sustainable community of local artists, farmers and
travelers. Within Parque Maderas you will find a hostel, restaurant and
art school; the gardens will be tropical, the life organic and the vibe
welcoming.

Combining their resources and bringing their visions of sustainabilty, artistic creativity to this eco-tourism project are The DesignLine Studio, The Foundation for the Development of Nicaraguan Art (FDNA) and The Proyecto Nicargua Investors Group (PNIG).
